Issue 28 also includes extensive highlights from the Asian Bride Show 2009.  All the fashion models on the catwalk were wearing our Indian costume jewellery.  Please refer to our recent post regarding the jewelry displayed on the bride show.

Due to popular demand we have sold out on the featured jewellery.  However we now have lots of new and wonderful pieces of bollywood jewelry such as anklets, bangles, cocktail rings, earrings, necklaces, panjas and tikkas ready for this party season.

We were lucky enough to attend this year’s Asian Bride Show held at Wembley Stadium in London, which was one of the biggest Asian Wedding Exhibition.

It was a spectacular event for brides-to-be, grooms, family and friends to visit.  Glamorous and sophisticated presentations from exhibitors were at hand to assist you for your wedding day and free catwalks were held throughout the weekend with live celebrity performances and entertainment.

Exhibitor’s stands ranged from beauty and hair, caterers, cakes, fashion jewelry, flowers, honeymoon, photography, mandaps, transport, video, wedding venues and more.

Curry Special and The Lakhani Group provided floor sponsorship and live entertainment.  Fashion for the catwalk were provided by Zaryan, Fabric Centre, Huseena Haute Couture, Krishna Sarees, Anisa Shoes and Asian Glitz Jewellery.  G-Spot Cosmetics and Asif Yvette Hair added the defining touches to the glamorous catwalk models.

Live TV broadcast and interviews was covered by Prime TV with performances from Shekie n Sham, Metz and Trix, Veronica, Mumzy and others.  Additional media coverage came from B4U, Wedding TV, Geo TV, Star News UK, Asian Voice, BBC Radio, Desi Mag, UK Asia Times and Asian Woman magazine.

Overall we had a fantastic time and were really delighted that Asian Woman magazine contacted us to be the sole provider for all jewellery featured on the catwalk.  Stunning images of our jewellery on the Asian Bride Show can be found in the Asian Bride Magazine Issue number 28 which is out now!
