Missing/Damaged orders

 

UK Orders:

Charges for Shipping: All orders that are despatched to UK addresses are delivered for FREE.  Recorded Signed For deliveries can take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Delivery Information: Orders over £5 will be sent via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Signed For delivery which requires a signature upon receipt of parcel.  Orders are normally shipped the same/next day after payment has been made (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

Delivery Period: Once your order has been despatched, orders are usually received within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Signed For delivery service.  Please check Royal Mail's website for more details.  Please contact us at sales@asian-designs.com if you have any queries regarding your delivery.

Special Next Day Deliveries: We cannot offer Next Delivery at this moment.  Please do not request urgent delivery or ask us for delivery on a certain date as delays can occur via Royal Mail..

 

International Orders (outside the UK): Delivery charges are applied. Orders are normally shipped the same/next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment has been made.  We will not ship orders to PO Box addresses and will not be liable if parcel is missing/lost. 

Royal Mail's Airsure delivery service will be used for orders sent to: Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA and New Zealand.  Airsure has a flat rate fee of £4.90 which is trackable and no signature required upon receipt of goods, however, Airsure® is not a guaranteed courier service.

Royal Mail's "International Signed-for" delivery service will be used for orders sent to: Australia, China, Czech Republic, French Guiana, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Reunion, Slovakia, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey.  Signer For delivery requires a signature upon receipt and goods may take slightly longer to deliver when using this method.

We use these services because it is the cheapest available and helps us lower costs for our customers.  You may find some orders are sent in more than one consignment, again, this is to help reduce delivery costs to you.  The total weight of your products can be found once you had added the item to 'your basket'.

Delivery Duty: All deliveries made to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer and not Asian Glitz Ltd.  Before placing an order it is the customer’s responsibility to check that any products ordered from Asian Glitz Ltd comply with state and federal government import regulations.

 

General Notes: Due to limitations with PayPal, we can only deliver to the countries listed on our registration pages. We do not accept responsibility for you not being able to collect the delivery. Orders are depatched via Royal Mail Recorded delivery which requires a signature, we cannot ask the Postmen to leave parcels outside the house unattended. We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries, goods damaged while being delivered or incorrect address given whilst order has been despatched. We are not responsible for goods missing if incorrect mailing address has been given. For large orders the manager has the right to send goods via other means which in most cases will mean large orders will be sent at high priority.
