How to make an order
Minimum Payment
There is no minimum purchase amount so you can order as little or as much as you want.
What communication will I receive after placing my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communication:
On Screen Order Summary – We recommend you print this summary for your records.
Order Confirmation email – We have received your order (please check spam/junk email folders if you cannot find it in your main inbox).
Order Acknowledgement email – We have received your order and that it is currently being processed. Payment is taken at this point after security checks have been made.
Order Update email – This alerts you to an update with your order, eg, it has been despatched.
Telephone Orders
We do not accept orders over the phone.
Can I change my order?
Once you have submitted your order you cannot amend it online. Please contact us straight away after making the payment so that we can amend your order before it gets despatched.

Delivery
UK Shipping Charges
FREE standard delivery on all orders that are despatched to UK addresses. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery and can take 2-3 working days. For more information please refer to our delivery terms.
When will my order get despatched
You order will get despatched within 5 working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays will not get despatched until the next working day. For more information please refer to our delivery terms.
UK Next Day Delivery
We cannot offer Next Delivery at this moment. Please do not request urgent delivery or ask us for delivery on a certain date as delays can occur via Royal Mail.
International Orders (outside the UK): Delivery charges are applied. Orders are normally shipped the same/next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment has been made. We will not ship orders to PO Box addresses and will not be liable if parcel is missing/lost. Please refer to our delivery terms for more information plus shipping costs and delivery duty.
Missing/Damaged Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within the given period or item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at sales@asian-designs.com where we will be able to assist you. For more information please refer to our delivery terms.
Returns and Refunds
1. Please contact us before you return any item.
2. We do not accept returns on bindis, necklace sets and earrings due to hygiene reasons.
3. We do not accept returns on items purchased under the clearance category.
4. Please contact within 14 days of receipt of goods. Contact made after this period may result in your order (items) being unable to be returned.
5. Any returned goods should be adequately returned in its original packaging and obtain proof of delivery. A note should also be enclosed clearly stating order number and customer's details.
6. Return postage will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be obtained.
7. Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Jewellery
All of our jewellery is handmade from India. Please be aware that there may be slight defects/differences between products including products of the same kind.
Out of Stock Jewellery
If an item is out of stock we will not be re-stocking that same item (unless the items are bindis). This is so we can offer our customers the latest and new designs in Indian fashion jewellery. If we only have one item left in stock please order early to avoid disappointment
